Does Calendar have event reminders?
Yes, you can choose how (pop-up message, email, or both) and when to be notified. To change your notification settings, see Get started with Calendar.

Can I invite attendees from outside my organization’s domain?
Yes, you can send meeting invitations to any email address.

Will I get a notification if an attendee accepts my meeting invitation?
You can choose to receive pop-up, SMS, and email notifications for guest acceptances. To change your notification settings, see Get started with Calendar.

Can I see who accepted my invitation?
Yes, open the event details to see who has accepted your invitation.

What’s the maximum number of invitees for a meeting?
An event can have a maximum of 200 external invitees. If your event has a larger guest list, you can invite the attendees through Google Groups, which lets you invite up to 10,000 people for one-time events and 5,000 people for recurring events. Visit the Google Apps Help Center for more information about guest limits for invitations.

Can I restore a deleted event?
Yes. You can restore deleted events for up to 30 days in your calendar’s trash. To view and restore deleted events, see Get started with Calendar.

Can I propose a new time for a meeting invite?
Yes. You can propose an alternative time for an event invitation by contacting the host or all attendees. For more information, see Suggest a new meeting time.
